FAQs

How much notice do you need for an order?

We appreciate at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible — but the more time, the better! For larger events like weddings, company parties, or multi-day gatherings, we recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your date. Our calendar fills quickly during peak seasons, and early planning gives us the most flexibility to customize your menu.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We proudly deliver throughout Bellingham, Whatcom County, and parts of Skagit County. Delivery fees vary based on distance, order size, and timing. We’ll always outline those details clearly in your proposal so there are no surprises.

Is staffing included?

Staffing is not included in our standard menu pricing, but we’re happy to provide professional, friendly service when needed. Whether you need buffet attendants, servers, or event support, we’ll work with you to determine the right staffing level to make your event seamless and stress-free.

Can I customize my menu?

Absolutely. Our menus are designed to be flexible. We’re happy to tailor selections to fit your event style, guest preferences, dietary needs, and budget. Whether you’re keeping it simple or adding signature touches, we’ll help create a spread that feels just right.

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan or gluten free options?

Yes! We offer a variety of vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options across our menus. While we are not a certified gluten-free kitchen (we do have an on-site bakery), we take dietary requests seriously and do our best to minimize cross-contact. Please let us know about any allergies or sensitivities in advance so we can plan accordingly.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your event date. Final payment is due no later than 10 days prior to your event. For smaller orders, we’ll provide payment details at the time of booking.
